Personalized Gifts Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return : All personalized gifts cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made from the original request or has been damaged in transit. If that is the case, then Favor The Moment Gifts upon review, will issue a replacement once the defective item is returned at the expense of Favor The Moment Gifts
• Gift box items cannot be returned if they have been used or consumed
• State of return: Single or gift box items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they have been damaged in transit or handling at which customer can advise of a refund or replacement of the item
• Item that is being returned must be returned in the original packaging and shipping label will be emailed to customer for prompt return.
